Five headlines and one post.
Real news events, then a post of about 500 words. It's timed, and the clock is visible. You'll be scored on whether the writing travels, whether it's any good, and whether it fits the outlet — then a person reads it.
A course that meets your score.
It puts you in one of three levels — Bronze, Silver or Gold — on two tracks: titles and writing. Each course is twelve lessons and three quizzes, taught from the same rubric you were marked against. Nothing is hidden from you. Finish one and you earn the certificate and the medal.

Take the test. Name, email, and what you can cover. Then five headlines, a breather, and one post. Write it yourself: pasted text is measured.

We score it, then read it. Scoring is automatic and immediate; the decision isn't. An editor reads the post before anyone hears anything.

Your dashboard opens. Your scores, the course level they place you in, and your certificates as you earn them.

Apply to any opening. The board opens once we've replied, or after 14 days if you haven't heard from us. Finish a course and it opens straight away.

Do I need experience?
No. The test is the qualification. Plenty of people arrive with nothing published.
Does it cost anything?
No. The test and the whole course are free, and always will be.
Can I use AI to write it?
Don't. We check for it, we measure what was pasted in, and we compare the post against the quick headlines you wrote minutes earlier. A sample that isn't yours tells us nothing we can hire on.
How long does it take?
One sitting. Starting and stopping counts as an attempt, and after three the test closes for a while, so set aside the time before you press Start.
